Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resources, including stock, equipment, and consumables, to minimize waste and optimize revenue.
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared to the highest standard and in line with service guidelines.
  • Actively upsell products and maximize revenue capture.
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing a team in a hospitality or catering environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
