Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with bar setup and maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently and proactively.
- Monitor and report any guest complaints or queries to supervisors.
- Ensure all drinks prepared meet service guidelines and maintain extensive knowledge of products stocked and promotions offered.
- Adhere to all licensing legislation and maintain correct hygiene handling of food items.
- Align with the company's Equality & Diversity policies and adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes and work in different areas as necessary.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
