Role Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with bar setup and ensure all necessary mise en place is in place prior to guest arrival.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently and proactively, always maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Remain attentive to guest needs, working in a timely manner to minimize wait times and ensure exceptional service.
  • Prepare drinks in line with service guidelines and maintain extensive knowledge of products stocked and promotions offered.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, reporting any defective equipment or hazards to supervisors.
  • Report guest complaints or queries to supervisors and maintain accurate records of wastage through the till system.
  • Adhere to all licensing legislation, including company-specific requirements, and maintain correct hygiene handling of food items.
  • Align with the company's Equality & Diversity policies and adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or reasonable requests.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, yet professional demeanor.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, resolving conflicts and taking constructive criticism.
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality, with a proactive approach to tasks.
