Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous support to other technical teams and end-users, addressing hardware, software, and security-related issues.
  • Track and resolve complex functionality and compatibility issues with minimal guidance and/or documentation.
  • Manage hardware and software imaging processes to meet organizational standards.
  • Configure and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring compatibility and adherence to licensing agreements.
  • Manage workstation security vulnerabilities, including patching, hardening, and verification scans.
  • Provide in-depth technical support for operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience as a Desktop Systems Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tanium, vulnerability management, and security compliance.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, and Papercut and HP print infrastructures.
  • Good understanding of G Suite products and PowerShell/PowerCLI scripting.
