This tier 1 contractor has been a leading player in the Canadian construction industry for over 100 years, with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation.

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead their building projects in Vancouver, valued at £40m+.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial expertise and strategic guidance to project teams
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Oversee project design and technical aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and ensure effective issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience of budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of Canadian construction industry regulations and standards
