Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and comprehend our customer demographics.
- Design and evaluate primary research strategies.
- Chart customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Create comprehensive customer profiles.
- Interpret and present research outcomes.
- Lead significant projects and offer constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure clarity.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or customer service.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
