Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and comprehend our customer demographics.
  • Design and evaluate primary research strategies.
  • Chart customer interactions across multiple channels.
  • Create comprehensive customer profiles.
  • Interpret and present research outcomes.
  • Lead significant projects and offer constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure clarity.
  • Guide and support junior team members.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and trends.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or customer service.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in eCommerce or B2C sectors.
  • Experience with testing and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Knowledge of the childrenswear market.
