About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Resource Recruitment. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound enquiries (telephone, live chat, email)
  • Ensure that customer requirements are met and processed correctly
  • Deal with complex and bespoke quotations and enquiries
  • Communicate with different departments across the business to ensure customer requirements are met and understood
  • Ensure databases are kept up to date with correct customer details, communications and progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Customer Service / Sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to make an active contribution to a positive, progressive culture within the company
  • Strong work ethic and attitude
  • Eagerness to progress
  • Good computer skills Microsoft Office
