About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team, providing intensive support, intervention, and physical intervention at a last resort, while working on education and training in vocational skills and life skills.
  • The successful candidate will work with young people aged 10-17 years, who have been granted a secure accommodation order by the courts.
  • As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
