Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team in Okehampton. As a key member of our Children's Home team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to children and young people with disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Support children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Organise and participate in activities that promote social skills and independence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
