Job Opportunity

At Sovereign & Bale, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Employment Retention Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized Health and Work Action Plans to support participants in maintaining employment.
  • Provide employment coaching, including careers guidance, CV development, and job placement services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs, Community Health Teams, and other community service providers.
  • Build a network of onward referral partners to provide specialist support for programme participants.
  • Access external support services and leverage networking skills to enhance programme outcomes.
  • Exercise strong organizational and planning skills to deliver expected outcomes on time and to the required standard.
  • Utilize coaching skills and/or experience to support participants in achieving their employment goals.
  • Apply financial acumen and numeracy skills to inform programme decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £30,394 - £41,651. The successful candidate will be based in London, covering mainly North and West London areas.

Requirements:

  • Robust experience in supporting individuals off sick or at risk of going off to return to work or find new employment.
  • Evidence of ongoing Continued Professional Development.
