Employment Retention Practitioner

Location: London (covering mainly North and West London areas)

Salary: £30,394 - £41,651

Type: Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support individuals who are off sick or at risk of going off to return to work or find new employment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating and supporting the delivery of individual Health and Work Action Plans to help participants remain in work.
  2. Providing employment coaching, including careers guidance, CV building, and job brokerage.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including GPs, Community Health Teams, and other community service providers.
  4. Establishing a network of onward referral partners who can provide specialist support for programme participants.
  5. Accessing external support services and developing networking skills.
  6. Ensuring good organisational and planning skills, taking responsibility for delivering expected outcomes on time and to the required standard.
  7. Utilising coaching skills and/or experience.
  8. Demonstrating financial acumen and numeracy skills.
  9. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Evidence of ongoing Continued Professional Development.
