Mission :

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Recruiter to join our UK Talent Acquisition team. With access to top-tier recruitment tools, you will collaborate with various business units to provide exceptional recruitment support. Our leaders will depend on your expertise in sourcing, selection, and candidate management to fulfill their talent requirements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders, developing a proactive and strategic talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: from initial discovery meetings and recruitment strategies to candidate management and onboarding.
  • Leverage our digital tools to create attraction campaigns targeting our primary sales and marketing audiences, ensuring alignment with our core values and diversity goals.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven experience in sales recruitment across various disciplines and levels, particularly in engineering, technology, and IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external agencies, while providing high-value consultancy and support.
  • Strong recruitment skill set encompassing sourcing methodologies, interviewing, assessing, and negotiating with candidates, along with representing the organization professionally.
  • Experience in search agencies is a plus.
  • Natural networking abilities, with a keen understanding of the market and proficiency in utilizing social networking platforms to identify talent.
  • A passion for success is essential; we seek individuals who are open to development and challenges. You should be team-oriented, adaptable, open-minded, and self-sufficient.
