Job Summary:

Lusona Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inhouse Recruiter to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Inhouse Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business expansion in the transportation industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the transportation sector.
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer extension, ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Inhouse Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successful recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other relevant tools.
