Job Title: Deputy Regional Delivery Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for healthcare technology? Do you have experience in managing regional healthcare technology programmes? We're seeking a Deputy Regional Delivery Manager to join our team at NHS Arden & GEM CSU.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, with a Band 8c salary range of £74,290 to £85,601 depending on your experience. You'll be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the Federated Data Platform across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards, with a particular focus on NHS Trusts in the South-East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the Federated Data Platform across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards.
  • Collaborate with Trust stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Support the Regional Delivery Manager in managing regional delivery plans and meeting strategic healthcare objectives.
  • Oversee the technical onboarding, data validation, and service handover processes for Trusts.
  • Provide leadership to Delivery Managers and foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in managing regional healthcare technology programmes.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • A solid understanding of digital delivery processes and healthcare IT systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in managing complex project delivery.
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of NHS governance structures and clinical safety requirements.
  • Experience with information governance.
  • Familiarity with population health management and real-time data tools.
Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field or significant experience in a senior-level specialist role.
  • Project management certifications are highly desirable.
