Regional Operations Manager

At Octopus Energy, we're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution. We're seeking a talented Regional Operations Manager to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Regional Operational Leadership: Own the operational delivery of solar projects within the region, ensuring that every installation is completed to the highest standards.
- Team Management and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2-4 multi-skilled team leaders as well as a team of sales and onboarding specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience and Service Excellence: Take ownership of the customer journey from customer enquiry, through sales to post-sale onboarding to installation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Business and Performance Management: Drive the achievement of key performance metrics, including sales, installation throughput, team satisfaction, and customer feedback.
- Quality, Compliance, and Safety: Ensure all solar installations meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the solar industry and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
