Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Regional Operational Leadership: You'll be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of solar projects within your region, ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Management and Development: You'll lead, coach, and mentor a team of multi-skilled professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Customer Experience and Service Excellence: You'll take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to post-sale onboarding.
- Business and Performance Management: You'll drive the achievement of key performance metrics, including sales, installation throughput, team satisfaction, and customer feedback.
- Quality, Compliance, and Safety: You'll ensure that all solar installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: You'll identify emerging trends and challenges in the solar industry and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
