Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Regional Operational Leadership: Develop and implement a regional strategy that aligns with company goals, including resource management, project throughput, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of multi-skilled team leaders and sales and onboarding specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience and Service Excellence: Own the customer journey from customer enquiry to post-sale onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Business and Performance Management: Drive the achievement of key performance metrics, including sales, installation throughput, team satisfaction, and customer feedback.
- Quality, Compliance, and Safety: Ensure all solar installations meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the solar industry and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
