Job Title: Deputy Regional Delivery Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Regional Delivery Manager and play a key role in the successful implementation of the Federated Data Platform across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards in the South-East region.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead the delivery of the Federated Data Platform, working closely with Trust stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and successful implementation.

As a Deputy Regional Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of the Federated Data Platform across NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards in the South-East region
  • Collaborating with Trust stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and successful implementation
  • Supporting the Regional Delivery Manager in managing regional delivery plans and meeting strategic healthcare objectives
  • Overseeing the technical onboarding, data validation, and service handover processes for Trusts
  • Providing leadership to Delivery Managers and fostering a high-performing team culture
About You:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • A solid understanding of digital delivery processes, agile methodologies, and healthcare IT systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing complex project delivery, including demand engagement and service adoption
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Management Studies or significant experience in a senior-level specialist role
