Breast Cancer Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our dynamic Breast Cancer team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families in the outpatient setting.
Main Responsibilities- Provide supportive care and information to patients and their families with breast cancer in the outpatient setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programmes of patient care to ensure high standards of nursing care.
- Work closely with the breast care multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are supported and their needs are assessed.
- Promote a patient-focused approach to care in collaboration with all relevant healthcare professionals.

- Current Registered Nurse with the NMC or working towards (IELTs, CBT, OSCE)
