About the Role

Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our client's sales function and drive business growth.

This is a key strategic role that requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development within the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including account management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
