About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team at Lucid Connect Ltd. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Estimation
    • Assist in estimating project scope, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Analysis and Issue Resolution
    • Analyse data and diagnose issues to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Infrastructure Design and Implementation
    • Design hybrid cloud, virtualisation, and other infrastructure solutions to meet client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Implementation and Delivery
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Contribute to the implementation and configuration of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
    • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
    • Conduct regular system health checks and performance audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services, with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
