We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to collaborate with our client, an established MSP, in their growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in infrastructure IT and technology consulting, with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales support and conduct technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their infrastructure and technology requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions, contributing to the development of proposals and solution designs.
  • Offer technical expertise during client meetings and calls, assisting in estimating project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Evaluate client's existing IT infrastructure and cloud services, analysing data and diagnosing issues to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Design hybrid cloud, virtualisation, and other infrastructure solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with relevant teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Infrastructure IT or technology consulting role, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere and other virtualization technologies, strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with experience in pre-sales activities and client-facing roles.
