Infrastructure Assessment and Design:

  • Evaluate Client Infrastructure: Evaluate our clients' existing IT infrastructure and cloud services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Infrastructure Analysis: Analyze data and diagnose issues to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks in our clients' infrastructure.
  • Solution Design: Design hybrid cloud, virtualization, and other infrastructure solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Implementation and Delivery:

  • Project Execution: Collaborate with our team to plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Solution Implementation: Contribute to the implementation and configuration of solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support during the rollout of new technologies.
  • Client Training: Train client staff on the use of new systems, processes, and IT tools.

Ongoing Support and Optimization:

  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and optimize storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • System Health Checks: Conduct regular system health checks and performance audits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Documentation: Update documentation and procedures as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an infrastructure IT or technology consulting role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services, experience with VMware vSphere and other virtualization technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, experience in pre-sales activities and client-facing roles.
