Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, sight loss, and complex health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to enable individuals to participate in a wide range of activities, promoting independence and developing skills.
  • Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans, functioning as a Key worker when required.
  • Support individuals to maintain a clean-living environment appropriate to meet their individual needs.
  • Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to everyone's needs, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest best practices.
