**Job Title:** Female Support Worker
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Fir Tree Lodge in Tadley, Hampshire. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Support service users with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and engage with their community.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
**Requirements:**
- UK Driving License (essential for this role)
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with a focus on supporting females
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
