About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our estate agency team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving team performance and business growth, while delivering exceptional service to clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead daily meetings and coach the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess individual performance, including regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Team Development: Encourage team development and progression.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Manage viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by staying ahead of local competition.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence (manual).
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience at Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer level.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Estate Agency Legislation: Sound understanding of Estate Agency legislation.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail.
