About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team, coaching the team to achieve key performance indicators, and monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, marketing strategies, and customer service initiatives.
  • Coaching the team to achieve key performance indicators, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings and providing feedback and coaching.
  • Encouraging team development and progression, including identifying training and development needs and providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, including negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and each other.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £60,000 per year.
  • A basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000, dependent on experience.
