We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment in Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle customer inquiries effectively, providing exceptional service and support.
- Register and qualify new applicants for property sales or purchases, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage applicant databases and complete administration tasks associated with property sales, including booking appointments and preparing weekly advertising.
- Assist with various property sale tasks and contribute to team/office meetings, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in IT and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexibly, including alternate Saturdays, with a ½ day back in lieu for each Saturday worked.

- A competitive pay rate of £12.50-£13.00 per hour.
