Senior Africa Travel Sales Consultant

Our client, an award-winning tour operator, is seeking an experienced Senior Africa Travel Sales Consultant to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with high-end bespoke travel clients, selling tailor-made travel experiences to Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with client enquiries by phone and email, using your extensive knowledge of Africa to establish their requirements and recommend the correct programme.
  • Creating and booking all aspects of travel for clients, including flights, private charters, hotels, tours, and safaris.
  • Working to and exceeding set performance and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous tailormade sales experience within the travel industry, with extensive personal travel experience in Africa.
  • Ability to develop rapport at all levels with clients.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets while delivering high levels of customer service.

Benefits:

  • Base salary circa £40,000 depending on experience.
  • Lucrative uncapped commission scheme based on performance, OTE £60,000.
  • 23 days annual leave rising to 30 days for every one year of full service + bank holidays.
