As a key player in our overnight operations, you will provide leadership and support to the team, overseeing hotel functions during the night.
Your responsibilities will include conducting night audits and ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests within the hotel.
We seek an independent and enthusiastic individual who excels in guest relations, ensuring all guests, including those needing special attention, feel welcomed and valued.
You will guide the night team in various tasks, including safety checks, event preparations, and food and beverage services.
Additionally, you will prepare financial reports and maintain Duty Manager Logs in preparation for daily meetings, ensuring accurate banking reconciliations.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will collaborate with all departments, ensuring seamless coordination between night and day operations.
QualificationsExperience with Opera cloud and prior night shift experience in a hotel setting are essential for this role.
A First Aid Certificate is preferred, or you should be willing to participate in training.
