As a Night Team Member, you will oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include conducting night audits and safety checks throughout the property to guarantee the well-being of all guests.
We seek an independent and enthusiastic individual who excels in guest relations, ensuring all guests, including those needing special assistance, feel welcomed and valued.
In this role, you will lead the Night Team in various tasks, including:
- Conducting Fire Walks
- Preparing Function Rooms
- Providing Food & Drink services
Additionally, you will prepare financial reports and Duty Manager Logs ahead of the daily Head of Department meetings, as well as manage daily banking reconciliations.
Maintaining effective communication and strong relationships with all departments is essential to ensure a smooth transition between night and day operations.
QualificationsExperience with Opera cloud systems and prior night shift roles in hospitality are essential for this position.
A First Aid Certificate is preferred, or a willingness to participate in training is required.
