Primary Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Primary Mental Health Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and strengthening the provision of emotional and mental health support for children and young people.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with children, young people, and their families to understand their emotional and mental health needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored support plans to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to mental health support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and services.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in children's services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
