Mental Health Specialist for Children and Young People

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Primary Mental Health Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and strengthening the provision of emotional and mental health support for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and mental health support to children and young people
- Work closely with schools, families, and other agencies to ensure a comprehensive support package
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of each child or young person
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and young people in a mental health setting
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
