About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at IPRS Health. As a leading provider of rehabilitation services, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to mental health care.
The successful candidate will hold a clinical caseload, providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems. They will also support a small team of therapists to deliver the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties.
- Deliver a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including telephone, media, or typed support.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Full BABCP accreditation or be fully accreditable with BABCP
- Minimum of three years mental health experience in both virtual and face-to-face treatment in public or private healthcare
- Computer literacy with good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
