About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at IPRS Health. As a CBT Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work under supervision to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
  • Support a small team of therapists to deliver the service.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Full BABCP accreditation or be fully accreditable with BABCP.
  • Minimum of three years mental health experience in both virtual and face-to-face treatment in public or private healthcare.
