Patient Care Coordinator

At Psymplicity Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming patient care tickets, addressing queries about prescriptions, clinic letters, appointments, and other information.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, including booking appointments, liaising with patients, and resolving complaints.
- Assist with project work to help develop the company, contributing to its growth and success.
- Participate in in-house training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
