Concept Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SC Cleared IT Support Specialist to provide hardware and software support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support to clients, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and phones.
- Perform break-fix activities on desktop equipment and perform IMAC activities as required.
- Conduct daily backup checks and complete allocated calls and maintain regular contact with Workflow Managers.
- Provide timely and quality solutions to customers, keeping them updated and escalating if required.
- Refer to relevant procedures to perform role and periodically review Security Policies to ensure full compliance with current legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Carry out any tickets/non-ticketed/project work as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety company policy and legislation at all times.
Requirements:
- SC security clearance
- Knowledge of Server OS and navigation
- Experience with Active Directory (desirable)
- Hardware knowledge, including laptop keyboards, memory, and hard drives
- Experience with network fault troubleshooting
- Experience with network builds
- Experience with network printer installs and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- PC literate
- Interpretation of data and actions
- Experience with VPN and remote work on machines
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT engineering experience
- Good understanding of analytical troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networks and Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops
- Desktop and laptop accreditation (desirable)
- Knowledge of specific customer software (desirable)
- Full UK driving license
