Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at learndirect. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales team performance and track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and maximize sales potential.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their targets.
  • Develop and manage the sales department budget efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the education industry.
