About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, reporting issues to landlords and agents, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding property-related issues, including repairs, disputes, and access.
  • Monitor progress and communicate with involved parties to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives by suggesting ideas and recommendations.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with services, processes, and community issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety legislation, data protection policies, and Mears Ltd's equality, diversity, and inclusion policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
