Mears Group is seeking a skilled Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our repairs and property services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues related to property repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, landlords, and agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a property maintenance or facilities management environment.
