Role Overview

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Property Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of properties with exceptional service, maximize sale prices, and meet both company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of properties, ensuring consistent high-quality service and maximizing sale prices.
  2. Tenancy Negotiation: Assist in negotiating tenancy leases with estate agents, utilizing knowledge of the property market to achieve optimal results.
  3. Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their property and relocation needs, providing expert support and guidance.
  4. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors to provide comprehensive relocation support, including research and selection of suitable agents.
  5. Property Administration: Handle full scope property administration, including pre- and post-sale activities, to ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Property Market: Possess in-depth knowledge of the property market, with experience in tenancy negotiation or lettings coordination an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
