Regional Aftercare Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Aftercare Administrator to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property.

This role involves working closely with the Regional Quality Manager to provide essential administrative assistance, coordinate aftercare activities, and support quality management processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate aftercare activities and provide administrative support to the Regional Quality Manager
  • Travel regularly between regions, including Oxford, Hampshire, Plymouth, and Bristol
  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct in-house training for staff members and work closely with the senior manager
Requirements:
  • Flexible and willing to travel
  • Highly organized and proactive with a proven track record in administrative roles
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to engage with different teams and subcontractors across multiple locations

We offer a competitive salary, car allowance, company car, mileage, expenses, hotel, and accommodation provided, as well as an overnight allowance.
