About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, reporting issues, and coordinating with contractors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding property-related issues, including repairs, disputes, and access.
  • Monitor progress and communicate with involved parties, including landlords and letting agents.
  • Contribute to team improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance service standards.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with services, processes, and community issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, data protection, and Mears Ltd policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in an office environment is desirable but not essential.
