About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Coordinator to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our Intranet Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our global intranet platform, Connect.

Your primary responsibility will be to support country site owners in publishing homepage news, updating central EMEA pages, and ensuring intranet content is presented clearly and concisely. You will also act as a Super User, supporting business units in updating their sites, setting up new sites and pages, and helping site owners structure their content effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support country site owners with homepage news research, writing, and publishing
  • Update central EMEA pages, including business overviews and office guides
  • Ensure intranet content is presented clearly and concisely, providing support and guidance on UX and information architecture best practices
  • Act as Super User to support business units in updating their sites
  • Set up new sites and pages to individual service and business unit requirements
  • Help site owners structure their content effectively using metadata and filters
  • Create training, guideline, and governance documentation
  • Complete regular site audits and follow up with site owners on optimizing their information
  • Act on analytics reports to improve intranet usability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage resolution with our System Services team
  • Train site owners on maintaining their content on the intranet
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to Communications or Marketing through study or work experience desirable
  • English speaker with a second language an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and manage concurrent small projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data and numerical analysis
