About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intranet Coordinator to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our Intranet Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our global intranet platform, Connect.

Your primary responsibility will be to support country site owners in publishing news and updates on their homepages, while also ensuring that central EMEA pages are up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our Knowledge Management and Internal Communications teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, write, and publish articles for country site owners
  • Update central EMEA pages, including business overviews and office guides
  • Ensure intranet content is presented clearly and concisely, providing support and guidance on UX and information architecture best practices
  • Act as Super User to support business units in updating their sites
  • Set up new sites and pages to meet individual service and business unit requirements
  • Help site owners structure their content effectively using metadata and filters
  • Create training, guideline, and governance documentation
  • Conduct regular site audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Act on analytics reports to enhance intranet usability
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with our System Services team to resolve them
  • Train site owners on maintaining their content on the intranet
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to Communications or Marketing through study or work experience desirable
  • English speaker with a second language an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and manage concurrent small projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with quantitative data and numerical analysis
