Role Summary

Finatal is in search of a seasoned and innovative Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect and implement IT strategies that drive technological value in a private equity context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership in Technology: Formulate and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with business goals and expansion plans.
  • Management of Technology Systems: Supervise the administration of all technology infrastructures, ensuring they are dependable, secure, and scalable.
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight: Guarantee the implementation of robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems.
  • Leadership of IT Teams: Guide and develop the IT team, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Create and oversee the IT budget, ensuring prudent investments in technology.
  • Engagement with Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill their technological requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address technology-related risks impacting the organization.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years in technology leadership roles, ideally within the construction or property development industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., CIO, ITIL, CISSP) are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and project management capabilities. Proficient in enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of current and emerging technology trends and their implications for business operations.
