Job Title: Lettings and Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings and Sales Administrator to join our team at Round Pegs Recruitment. As a key member of our property administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our property management department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Registering applicants and booking viewings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and sending terms of business, AML checks, and other relevant documents
  • Preparing and sending memorandum of sales and sale agreed letters, as well as invoices
  • Carrying out property checks and safety checks prior to tenants moving in
  • Assisting our property management department as needed, providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in property administration, with a minimum of one-two years' administrative experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Confident, well-presented, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Valid driving license
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,000pa to £30,000pa, depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment.
