About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team at James & Partners, a leading estate agency in London. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lettings team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Process lettings transactions and ensure timely completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and development of our lettings business
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lettings administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
