Head of Customer Experience

Net-Worx (2001) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Experience team. As the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Director of Housing and Customer Services to drive a customer-centric culture across the organization.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to the Customer Services, Customer Engagement, and Complaints teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  3. Empower the Customer Services Team to take ownership of resolving customer complaints and issues at the first point of contact.
  4. Develop and implement an effective compliments and complaints management process that meets regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer-focused services, as well as knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment within social housing.
