About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager in our Peterborough office. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse and engaged team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver customer orders and requests on time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement performance reports and coaching to drive team performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure service reviews are completed regularly and service improvement plans are created and managed.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading teams in a customer-focused operational environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of team performance management and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
